I had a visit to pay a rooftop I had missed out on. On the previous night, this is where I wanted to go but I didn’t due to a security presence near by. I returned the next night at 1 in the morning. The city was absolutely dead. Only taxis, street cleaning vans and the odd pedestrian occupied the streets.

Four hours remained until the sun would fall away and leave Melbourne in darkness. I put a mental map of the city together, noting all the sites I had hit up thus far. I came to a realisation, that there were bugger all rooftops I had done along one of the major streets in the CBD, a big chunk waiting to be explored.
